  • Lead structured intake conversations that surface both business needs and human dynamics
  • Provide market insight, hiring recommendations, and risk considerations

Advanced Sourcing & Talent Engagement

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter at an advanced level to identify, engage, and convert passive executive-level talent
  • Build short-term and evergreen pipelines aligned with organizational priorities
  • Craft compelling outreach that reflects Allia Health Group’s values and leadership standards

  • Communicate with transparency and professionalism, even in moments of ambiguity or rejection
  • Represent Allia Health Group with credibility, warmth, and integrity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level, leadership, or executive searches
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (minimum 5 years), including passive sourcing and pipeline development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now (ATS module)
  • Proven ability to step into contract environments and deliver quickly with minimal ramp-up
  • Strong executive presence, judgment, and relationship-building capability
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
