Job Responsibilities -
- Lead all estimating efforts for commercial construction projects from concept through final bid
- Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates using takeoff and estimating software
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with project management, operations, and subcontractors during preconstruction
- Establish and maintain estimating standards, procedures, and historical cost data
- Evaluate subcontractor bids, level scopes, and ensure complete coverage
- Support budgeting, value engineering, and pricing strategy decisions
- Mentor and manage estimating staff as needed
